Highest temperature in Istanbul on June 13?

What you need to know

This market is asking: on June 13, 2026, what will the single hottest temperature of the day be at Istanbul Airport — 20°C, 21°C, or 22°C? Think of it like a weather forecast turned into a question. One reading, one number, one winner. The three options cover a narrow range — roughly 68°F to 72°F — so this is really asking whether the day peaks on the cooler or slightly warmer end of a mild early-summer day. The market settles based on the highest temperature reading logged by NOAA's weather station at Istanbul Airport (station code LTFM) on June 13, 2026, measured in whole degrees Celsius. Whoever checks that NOAA data table after midnight ends the day wins based on the peak number shown. One important detail: the market waits until the first reading of June 14 appears before settling, so any last-minute temperature corrections before that cutoff still count — but revisions after that point do not. No relevant recent news was provided for this market, which makes sense given the event is more than a year away. What would actually matter to watch closer to the date: seasonal weather forecasts for Istanbul in early June, and any updates to long-range climate outlooks for the region. June weather in Istanbul varies year to year, and a single day's peak temperature is genuinely hard to pin down this far in advance — we're talking about a one-degree difference between the top two options. The market currently leans toward 20°C at 57%, with 21°C close behind at 34%, and 22°C a distant 6%. But a slightly warmer or cooler air mass passing through on that specific day could easily shift the outcome. The narrow range of choices means small real-world variation has a big impact on which answer wins.
