Highest temperature in Jeddah on June 14?

What you need to know

This market is asking: on June 14, 2026, what will the hottest temperature of the day be in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia? The three options — 35°C, 36°C, and 37°C — are competing guesses at which single number the thermometer peaks at, measured at Jeddah's main international airport. To put that in physical terms: 36°C is about 97°F, a punishing but typical early-summer day in one of the world's hottest coastal cities. The question is simply which degree the peak lands on. After June 14, 2026 ends, the market checks one specific source: Weather Underground's historical record for King Abdulaziz International Airport (station code OEJN). Whatever the single highest temperature reading of the day is — rounded to the nearest whole degree Celsius — that is the answer. If the peak was 36.7°C, it counts as 37°C. The market waits until the first data point of June 15 appears before settling, to allow any last-minute corrections to the June 14 record to be included. None of the news provided is related to this market. It all concerns higher education topics with no connection to Jeddah's weather. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. What would actually matter is any regional weather forecast for Jeddah in mid-June 2026, or reports of an unusual heat wave or cooling event affecting the Arabian Peninsula around that date. June in Jeddah is reliably hot, but pinning the peak to a single degree is genuinely difficult. Historical highs for this date cluster in the mid-to-upper 30s°C, which is why the market spreads its odds across three adjacent values — 35, 36, and 37°C. A sea breeze, a passing cloud layer, or a regional heat surge can shift the peak by a degree or two. Weather at this precision is hard to forecast even 24 hours out, let alone a year in advance, so the spread across three close options reflects real, honest uncertainty.
