Highest temperature in Lucknow on July 15?

What you need to know

This market is asking: what will the hottest reading of the day be in Lucknow on July 15, 2026? The three options are 34°C, 35°C, or 36°C-and-above — so you're essentially picking which temperature 'bucket' the peak daytime heat falls into. July is deep in Lucknow's monsoon season, so while the city is hot, clouds and rain can actually cap temperatures compared to the scorching pre-monsoon months of May and June. After July 15, 2026 ends, whoever runs this market checks the Weather Underground website for the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport weather station in Lucknow and reads the single highest temperature recorded that day, in whole degrees Celsius. Whatever number that shows — say, 35°C — the matching option wins. One important detail: the market waits until the first data point of July 16 appears before settling, giving the record a chance to be corrected. After that cutoff, no revisions count. The one news item provided — about governance in Johor, Malaysia — has no connection to temperatures in Lucknow. There is no relevant recent news to draw on here. What would actually matter to watch: monsoon forecasts for Uttar Pradesh in the days leading up to July 15, since active monsoon conditions tend to bring cloud cover that keeps peak temperatures lower, while a break in the monsoon could push them higher. Weather a year out is genuinely hard to pin down, even for meteorologists. July 15 falls in Lucknow's monsoon window, when daily highs can vary significantly depending on whether it rains that morning or the skies stay clear. The market is fairly spread across three options — 44% for 35°C, 30% for 36°C+, and 21% for 34°C — reflecting real uncertainty. A cloudy, rainy day could mean 34°C; a sunny monsoon break could push it past 36°C. Small shifts in weather patterns can flip outcomes entirely.
