What you need to know

This market is asking: on July 13, 2026, what will the hottest reading of the day be at Manila's main airport weather station? The outcome options are temperature ranges in Celsius — right now, the market has essentially settled on 31°C as the answer. To picture what that means in real life: 31°C is about 88°F, a hot and humid tropical day, which is fairly typical for Manila in July. The market settles based on whichever temperature range contains the single highest Celsius reading recorded at Ninoy Aquino International Airport on July 13, 2026, as shown on the Weather Underground historical data page for that station. The measurement is rounded to whole degrees — no decimals. The final call is made after the first data point for July 14 appears on that page, and any corrections made before that cutoff count; corrections after do not. No relevant recent news was provided for this market. The kind of update that would matter here is a seasonal weather forecast for the Philippines around mid-July 2026 — for example, whether a tropical storm or unusual weather pattern is expected to suppress or raise temperatures around that date. July in Manila is consistently hot and humid, which is why the market has converged so strongly on 31°C — it reflects a well-known climate pattern. The main remaining uncertainty is whether something unusual, like a passing typhoon, heavy cloud cover, or an unexpected cold front, could push the actual high noticeably lower or higher on that specific day. Single-day readings can vary, but the market is pricing that kind of surprise as very unlikely.
