Highest temperature in Paris on June 15?
What you need to know
This market is simply asking: how hot will Paris get on June 15, 2026? Specifically, it asks what the single highest temperature of the day will be, measured in whole degrees Celsius, at the Paris-Le Bourget Airport weather station. A result of 27°C means the peak temperature that day lands in that bracket — roughly a warm early-summer afternoon, about 81°F. The market offers several temperature options, and whichever one matches the actual recorded high that day wins. The market settles based on one specific reading: the highest temperature logged at Paris-Le Bourget Airport (station code LFPB) on June 15, 2026, as reported by Weather Underground. The number is rounded to the nearest whole degree Celsius — no decimals. The final reading is locked in once the first data point from June 16 appears on that site. If the temperature is revised before that cutoff, the revision counts; after that, it doesn't. Whichever temperature bracket contains that final number is the one that resolves as correct. There is one news item dated June 14, 2026 — the day before resolution — but no specific weather details from it were provided. Given the timing, the most relevant thing to watch would be any weather forecast or reported conditions for Paris on June 15. If you have access to a Paris weather forecast right now, that is the most direct signal available for how this market is likely to land. June 15 is just one day, and single-day high temperatures in Paris can vary by several degrees depending on whether a cold front passes through, cloud cover, wind direction, or an unexpected heat surge. Even with a good forecast the day before, exact daily highs are genuinely hard to pin down. The market spreads probability across 27°C (38%), 28°C (26%), and 26°C (19%), meaning no single outcome has a strong majority — a honest reflection of how close these outcomes are in practice.
