Highest temperature in Seoul on July 13?

What you need to know

This market is asking: how hot will Seoul get on July 13, 2026? Specifically, it wants to know the single highest temperature of that day, measured in whole degrees Celsius, at the weather station at Incheon International Airport — which serves as the official weather reference point for the Seoul area. A result of 32°C means the peak heat that day tops out around 90°F. The market gives you a few temperature "buckets" to pick from, and whichever one contains the actual high temperature wins. The market settles based on the highest temperature reading logged at the Incheon Airport weather station (station code RKSI) on July 13, 2026, as reported by Weather Underground. Temperatures are rounded to whole degrees — so 32.7°C would count as 32°C, not 33°C. The result is locked in once the first data point for July 14 appears on the site, meaning any last-minute corrections to July 13 readings made before that cutoff still count, but changes after it do not. None of the recent headlines provided relate to Seoul's weather or any climate event affecting the Korean Peninsula on this date. No relevant news to point to here. The kind of update that would matter is a short-range weather forecast for the Seoul or Incheon area in the days just before July 13 — that would be the clearest signal of where temperatures are heading. Weather is genuinely hard to pin down to a single degree, even a day in advance — let alone a year ahead. July is deep summer in Seoul and historically hot, which is why the market clusters around 32°C and 33°C, but a passing storm, unusual cloud cover, or a shift in wind patterns can easily move the daily high by two or three degrees. The airport station can also read slightly differently than central Seoul due to its coastal location. Small differences in actual conditions produce very different outcomes across the buckets.
