Highest temperature in Shenzhen on July 13?
What you need to know
This market is asking: on July 13, 2026, what will the hottest temperature of the day be at Shenzhen's main airport, measured in whole degrees Celsius? The three outcomes are specific temperature readings — 32°C, 33°C, or 34°C — and whichever one matches the actual recorded high that day wins. Think of it like guessing the peak reading on a thermometer at that one specific weather station on that one specific day. The market settles based on the single highest temperature recorded at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport on July 13, 2026, pulled from the weather site Weather Underground. The reading is rounded to a whole number — no decimals. It locks in once the first data point from July 14 appears on that site, after which no corrections count. If the peak is, say, 33°C, then the '33°C' outcome wins and the others do not. There is no relevant recent news provided for this market. The news headline available appears to be completely unrelated to Shenzhen or weather. To follow this market meaningfully, you would want to watch short-range weather forecasts for Shenzhen in the days leading up to July 13, 2026, particularly any signals about heat waves, cloud cover, or monsoon activity that could push temperatures up or keep them down. Mid-July in Shenzhen is reliably hot and humid, so the range of outcomes is already narrow — but that narrow range is exactly what makes this hard. The difference between 32°C and 34°C is just two degrees, well within normal daily weather variation. A passing cloud, a brief rain shower, or a shift in wind direction could move the needle enough to change the outcome. The market currently leans toward 33°C at 57%, but no one can pin down a single day's peak temperature a year in advance.
