Highest temperature in Madrid on June 11?
What you need to know
This market is asking: what will be the hottest temperature of the day in Madrid on June 11, 2026? The three options are 32°C, 33°C, or 34°C — and you're picking which single degree reading will be the peak. In plain terms, 32°C feels like a hot summer day (about 90°F), 33°C is a bit hotter (about 91°F), and 34°C is genuinely sweltering (about 93°F). The market currently favors 33°C at 48%, meaning that's where most participants expect the thermometer to land. The market settles based on the single highest temperature reading recorded at Madrid's Barajas Airport weather station on June 11, 2026, as shown on the Weather Underground website. Temperatures are rounded to whole degrees Celsius — no decimals. Whichever option (32°C, 33°C, or 34°C) contains that final reading wins. One edge case worth knowing: the market waits until the first data point for June 12 appears before officially closing, so any last-minute corrections to June 11's readings within that window still count. The only recent headline provided is about SpaceX — completely unrelated to Madrid's weather. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. What would actually matter to watch for is any medium-range weather forecast for central Spain in early June 2026, or reports of an unusual heat pattern or cold front approaching the Iberian Peninsula around that date. Weather prediction more than a few days out is genuinely hard, even for meteorologists with sophisticated tools. A single degree separates all three options — that's a razor-thin margin. A passing cloud, a shift in wind direction, or a slightly earlier evening cool-down could push the reading from 33°C to 32°C. June in Madrid is reliably warm, but 'reliably warm' doesn't tell you whether June 11 specifically lands on a hotter or cooler day within that range. The three-way split in the odds reflects that real uncertainty honestly.
