What will Trump say during the Speech to the Nation?
What you need to know
This market is asking whether Trump will say specific words — 'Communist,' 'Interfere/Interference,' or 'Fraud/Fraudulent' — out loud during one particular scheduled speech on July 16, 2026. Each word is its own separate Yes/No question. A Yes means he said that exact word during that event; a No means he did not. It has nothing to do with what he believes or does — only what he literally says during this one televised address. Each word resolves Yes if Trump speaks it during the nationally televised Speech to the Nation scheduled for 9 PM ET on July 16, 2026. The only source that counts is video of that specific event — nothing said before, after, or elsewhere qualifies. If the speech is cancelled or never airs by 11:59 PM ET on July 17, a special outcome called 'No Qualifying Event' resolves Yes, and every word market resolves No. There is no gray area: the word either appears in the speech or it does not. The most relevant recent news involves escalating tensions with Iran — reported explosions inside Iran and new U.S. sanctions announced July 14, 2026. This is worth noting because a prime-time presidential address often responds to current events, and an Iran-focused speech could naturally include words like 'interfere' or 'fraud' in that context. Trump's approval rating remains at 42% with inflation as the top concern, which may also shape what topics he emphasizes. The core uncertainty is simply that nobody outside the White House knows what Trump will say. The market prices 'Communist,' 'Interference,' and 'Fraud' each above 70%, meaning participants collectively believe these are more likely than not — but a speech can take unexpected turns, stay narrowly focused on one topic, or be cut short. There is also a non-zero chance the speech is cancelled or delayed, which would trigger the special 'No Qualifying Event' outcome and override everything else.

Resolves July 17, 2026
Donald Trump is scheduled to participate in a Speech to the Nation on July 16, 2026 at 9 PM ET (https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/116914147668764804). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump says the listed term during his Speech to the Nation on July 16, 2026. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". This market is explicitly about the "Speech to the Nation" scheduled for 9 PM ET. If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not aired by July 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, "-No Qualifying Event-" will resolve to "Yes" and all other markets will resolve to "No".
