2026 Tour De France: Top 3: how this market works
What you need to know
Each cyclist listed here has their own separate Yes/No question: did that person finish in the top 3 of the 2026 Tour de France? The Tour de France is the world's most famous multi-stage cycling race, held over three weeks in France each July. A top-3 finish means the rider ends up on the overall podium, first through third place, ranked by total time across all stages. Yes means they made the podium; No means they did not. The market settles based on the official final standings from the UCI, which is cycling's global governing body. The race runs July 4 through July 26, 2026, and results must be declared before August 9, 2026. If a rider crashes out, is disqualified, or abandons the race, that market resolves No immediately, since it becomes impossible for them to finish top 3. If the race is cancelled or delayed past August 9, all three markets resolve No regardless of circumstances. None of the provided news headlines relate to the 2026 Tour de France or any of the three cyclists. The race is currently in progress based on the end date, so the most important things to watch for right now are daily stage results, time gaps between riders in the general classification, and any news of crashes or withdrawals. Pogačar is priced at 92%, reflecting his status as the sport's dominant force, but cycling is genuinely unpredictable: crashes, illness, or a mechanical failure on a key mountain stage can end any rider's race in seconds. Evenepoel and del Toro are each priced at 71%, meaning the market sees meaningful doubt for both. Only three podium spots exist for many contenders, and a strong performance by a rival not listed here could push one of them off. Racing over three weeks amplifies every risk.
