Big Brother Season 28: 3rd Place: how this market works
What you need to know
This market asks which specific contestant will finish in third place on Big Brother Season 28. In Big Brother, the third-place finisher is the last person eliminated before the two finalists who compete for the winner's vote. So a Yes on any named contestant means that person gets to the very end of the game but just misses the final two. The market currently lists Barrett Pfeiffer, Dee Valladares, and Drew Campbell as the named options, each with roughly equal odds around 8 to 11 percent. The market settles based on the official final episode broadcast of Big Brother Season 28. Whoever is eliminated in the third-highest finishing position, meaning the last person voted out before the finale vote, wins this market. If two people are eliminated at the exact same moment, alphabetical order by first name breaks the tie. If the season never produces a clear third-place finisher, or if it has not concluded by December 31, 2026, the market resolves to 'Other', which is also a tradeable outcome. None of the provided recent news headlines relate to Big Brother Season 28 or its contestants. They cover unrelated international events. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. The kind of developments that would matter are episode results, houseguest eliminations, or CBS broadcast updates about the season's progress. Third place in Big Brother is genuinely hard to predict because the game changes drastically week to week. Alliances shift, competition wins matter enormously, and the jury vote at the end is unpredictable. With three named contestants each sitting at roughly 8 to 11 percent, the market is not signaling confidence in any single person. Much of the remaining probability likely sits in unlisted contestants or the 'Other' outcome, which tells you how wide open this really is at this stage of the season.
