Pro Football: 2026-27 Passing Touchdowns Leader: how this market works

13%sportsUpdated 2 min ago

What you need to know

This market asks which NFL quarterback will throw the most touchdown passes during the entire 2026-27 regular season. A Yes on a specific player means you believe he finishes the season at the top of that stat. The three players shown, Joe Burrow, Matthew Stafford, and Dak Prescott, each have their own odds, and an 'Other' option exists for any quarterback not listed, meaning the field of all other passers combined. Whoever leads the NFL in passing touchdowns at the end of the 2026-27 regular season wins the market. If two players are tied, the tiebreaker goes first to passing yards, then to completion percentage, and only then to 'Other' if still tied. Importantly, if the season is cancelled or the result is unclear by January 26, 2027, the market resolves as 'Other', not to any individual player. A shortened season still counts using whatever games were played. None of the news provided relates to the NFL, quarterbacks, or this market in any way. The headlines are about unrelated political and international topics. Worth watching for: preseason injury reports, training camp news, and any quarterback trades or contract situations heading into the 2026 season, as those would directly shape this race. Quarterback stats are genuinely hard to predict across a full 17-game season. Injuries alone can erase a frontrunner in a single game. Offensive line quality, receiver health, coaching changes, and schedule strength all play a role. The market is spread across several players with no single dominant favorite, which itself signals real uncertainty. The 'Other' category also carries meaningful weight, meaning the leader could be someone not listed here at all.
