Solana price on July 21?: how this market works
What you need to know
This market is asking where the price of Solana (SOL), a major cryptocurrency, will land on a specific day: July 21, 2026, at noon Eastern Time. There are two price brackets to choose from: $70-$80 or $80-$90. A Yes on one bracket means SOL's price lands inside that range at that exact moment, and No means it falls outside it. Right now, the market heavily favors the $70-$80 range, pricing it at 93%. The market settles based on one single data point: the closing price of the SOL/USDT trading pair on Binance, taken from the one-minute price candle that closes at exactly 12:00 noon Eastern Time on July 21, 2026. Only Binance is used, not any other exchange. If Solana's price lands exactly on a boundary between two brackets, it counts toward the higher bracket. If for any reason that Binance data is unavailable, the market resolves No by default. None of the recent headlines provided are directly relevant to Solana's price. One headline mentions escalating conflict involving Iran pushing U.S. gas prices above $4 a gallon. Geopolitical tension and broader market stress can sometimes affect crypto prices, so that is worth watching. Otherwise, there is no Solana-specific news in the provided headlines to point to. Cryptocurrency prices are genuinely hard to predict over any meaningful time horizon, and July 2026 is roughly a year away, which is a very long time in crypto. A lot can change: broader market conditions, regulatory news, macro events, and shifts in investor sentiment can all move SOL dramatically in either direction. The market currently prices the $70-$80 bracket at 93%, so the main uncertainty is simply whether something unexpected pushes SOL outside that range, not whether the two brackets are evenly matched.
