What price will Ethereum hit July 20-26?: how this market works
What you need to know
This market is asking whether Ethereum's price will touch specific levels during the week of July 20-26, 2026. There are three separate price targets being tracked: a rise to $2,000 (currently priced at 38% odds), a drop to $1,800 (36% odds), and a drop to $1,700 (10% odds). A 'Yes' on any of these means ETH briefly touched that price level at any point during the week, even for just one minute. Each target resolves Yes if, on Binance's ETH/USDT chart set to 1-minute candles, any single candle's High (for upside targets) or Low (for downside targets) touches or crosses the target price between 12:00 AM ET on July 20 and 11:59 PM ET on July 26. Only Binance ETH/USDT data counts. A brief spike or dip lasting just one minute is enough. Prices from Coinbase, Kraken, or any other exchange are not considered, even if they show a different number. The provided news headlines are about gas prices, an Iran war escalation, oil storage, and AT&T pricing. None of these directly address Ethereum's price. That said, geopolitical conflict and energy market stress can sometimes ripple into broader financial markets, including crypto, so the Iran situation is worth keeping an eye on as a potential source of volatility during this week. Crypto prices can move sharply in short bursts, and the resolution only requires one single minute of price action to touch a target. That makes timing very hard to call. The three targets span a wide range, from $1,700 to $2,000, which reflects genuine disagreement about direction. Macro events, like geopolitical tensions mentioned in the news, can cause sudden moves in either direction. The market is fairly split between the $2,000 upside and $1,800 downside, which reflects real uncertainty about where ETH heads this specific week.
