Who Will Qualify For Champs 2026?: how this market works
What you need to know
This market asks whether three specific esports teams, EDward Gaming, Paper Rex, and LEVIATÁN, will each earn a spot at Valorant Champions 2026, which is the biggest annual tournament in the Valorant esports calendar. A Yes means the team officially makes the list of qualified teams for that event. A No means they did not qualify, whether because they lost their spot in competition, withdrew, or were removed for any reason. Each team resolves Yes if Riot Games officially lists them as a Valorant Champions 2026 qualifier by September 24, 2026. The source of truth is Riot's own website, valorantesports.com, though wide agreement among credible esports news outlets can also count. Two important edge cases: if a team is disqualified or withdraws before qualification is decided, it resolves No even if they were previously performing well. Also, if the whole event is canceled or postponed and no qualified team list is published, all three resolve No. None of the provided news headlines relate to Valorant, esports, or these teams in any way. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. The kind of developments worth watching would be official VCT 2026 league results, team roster changes, or any Riot Games announcements about qualification standings. All three teams are priced near 98%, so the market is treating qualification as almost certain for each of them. The main remaining uncertainty is simply the small chance something unexpected happens: a team underperforms in the final stretch of competition, faces a roster issue, gets disqualified, or withdraws. The deadline of September 24, 2026 is still ahead, so there is time for surprises, but the market is clearly not treating this as a close call for any of the three.
