Clavicular charges dropped by October 31?

Resolution Criteria

Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, was charged on September 8, 2026 in Massachusetts with one count each of rape, drugging a person for sex, and furnishing alcohol to a minor, in connection with an alleged incident on May 23, 2025. His arraignment is scheduled for October 14, 2026. This market will resolve to "Yes" if all charges against Braden Eric Peters (known as Clavicular) stemming from this case are officially dropped, dismissed, withdrawn, or reduced to a non-felony charge by October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Charges arising from any other case, including the March 26 battery charge in Florida, do not affect the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the relevant courts or prosecuting authorities; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
