Todd Blanche disbarred or suspended in NY in 2026?

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Todd Blanche is disbarred or suspended from practicing law in New York State by December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. It will count as disbarment for purposes of this market if Todd Blanche voluntarily surrenders his own bar license. Administrative suspensions, including those resulting from failure to comply with attorney registration or continuing legal education requirements, will not qualify for purposes of this market. The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
