Trump Space Academy begins training by June 30, 2027?

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the United States Space Academy begins training its inaugural class of students at any point between market creation and June 30, 2027 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The "United States Space Academy" refers to the NASA-led federal service academy directed to be established under the executive order "Establishing the United States Space Academy," signed on August 28, 2026. "Begins training" means the Academy formally commences academic instruction or training for its first enrolled class of students or cadets. The formation of the Presidential Commission on the United States Space Academy, the submission of the Commission's report, the enactment of enabling legislation, the selection of a location, or the construction or opening of facilities will not qualify as the commencement of training. The admission or enrollment of students without instruction having commenced also will not qualify. Actual commencement of instruction for the first class by June 30, 2027 is required for this market to resolve to "Yes". The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from NASA and the White House; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
