What price will Bitcoin hit on August 1?: how this market works
What you need to know
This market is asking whether Bitcoin's price will touch a specific dollar level at any point during August 1, 2026. There are several separate price targets listed, each its own market: one asks if Bitcoin will reach at least $62,000, another at least $64,000, and another at most $61,000. A Yes means Bitcoin touched that level even briefly during the day. A No means it never did. Each market settles based on one day of trading data: August 1, 2026, from midnight to 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The price is checked on Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT pair, using one-minute candle data. For the upside markets ($62,000 and $64,000), it resolves Yes if any single one-minute candle's high price reaches or exceeds the target. For the downside market ($61,000), it resolves Yes if any candle's low price touches or goes below that level. Only Binance data counts, not other exchanges. None of the provided news headlines are relevant to Bitcoin's price on August 1, 2026. The articles cover unrelated stocks and funds. For a market like this, the things worth watching would be major crypto regulatory news, large macroeconomic announcements, or significant moves in broader financial markets that tend to influence Bitcoin's price. Bitcoin is genuinely difficult to predict on any specific day. Its price can swing thousands of dollars within hours based on news, large trades, or shifts in market sentiment. The current market odds are very low across all three price targets, meaning the market currently sees each individual level as unlikely to be touched on that exact day. The main uncertainty is simply whether an unexpected event causes a sudden spike or drop that crosses one of these thresholds.
