XRP above ___ on July 28?: how this market works
What you need to know
This market asks a simple price question: will XRP be trading above a specific dollar threshold at exactly noon Eastern Time on July 28, 2026? Three separate thresholds are listed: $0.70, $0.80, and $0.90. Each one is its own yes-or-no question. For context, these are relatively low price levels, which is why all three are priced so close to 99%, meaning the market currently sees it as nearly certain that XRP will be above each of those prices on that date. Settlement is decided by one single data point: the closing price of the 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) one-minute candle for XRP/USDT on Binance on July 28, 2026. If that price is strictly higher than the threshold listed in the market title, it resolves Yes. If it is at or below that threshold, it resolves No. Only Binance is used, not Coinbase or any other exchange, so a price difference between platforms would not change the outcome. The news provided does not appear to be related to XRP or cryptocurrency markets at all. It covers political and security events in Pakistan. There is no relevant recent news to point to here. The kinds of developments worth watching for would be major regulatory announcements about XRP, broad crypto market moves, or significant news from Ripple, the company behind XRP. At 98 to 99%, the market is treating all three thresholds as nearly certain, so the honest framing is that the main uncertainty is simply whether something unexpected happens. XRP would need to drop significantly from wherever it currently trades to fall below $0.90 or lower. Crypto markets can move sharply and quickly, especially in response to sudden regulatory news or broader market crashes. The question is not really a close call right now, but cryptocurrency prices are never guaranteed.
