Will Manchester City's 115 charges verdict be overturned by June 30, 2027?

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the independent Regulatory Commission's decision finding that Manchester City FC breached Premier League rules in the Premier League's proceedings against Manchester City FC concerning alleged breaches of the Premier League's financial rules, which were announced on February 6, 2023 (commonly referred to as the "115 charges" case) is overturned in full by June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The decision will count as overturned in full if the Appeal Board, or any other court or tribunal with jurisdiction, officially sets aside every finding that Manchester City FC breached Premier League rules in this case, including where the case is sent back for a new hearing. A decision that sets aside only some of the findings, or that only reduces or changes the sanctions imposed, will not count. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Premier League, the independent Regulatory Commission, the Appeal Board, or Manchester City FC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
