What price will Solana hit July 20-26?: how this market works

6%cryptoUpdated 2 min ago

What you need to know

This market is asking whether Solana's price will touch a specific dollar level during the week of July 20 to 26, 2026. The three options shown are price targets: $70 (with 6% odds), $90 (with 3% odds), and $60 (with 2% odds). A 'Yes' on, say, '$70' means Solana's price dropped to $70 or below at any moment that week. A 'Yes' on '$90' means it rose to $90 or above. Each target is its own separate yes-or-no question about where SOL's price travels during those seven days. Each price target settles based on one specific data source: the SOL/USDT trading pair on Binance, checked at the one-minute candle level. That means every single minute of trading from 12:00 AM ET on July 20 to 11:59 PM ET on July 26 is examined. For a downside target like $70 or $60, it resolves Yes if the lowest point of any one-minute candle touches or goes below that number. For an upside target like $90, it resolves Yes if the highest point of any one-minute candle touches or exceeds it. Prices from other exchanges do not count. None of the provided news headlines are meaningfully relevant to Solana's price this week. The headlines cover oil markets, India economic data, and what appear to be book or essay titles, none of which connect directly to SOL's price movement. The kind of news that would actually matter here includes major crypto regulatory announcements, broad market risk shifts, or Solana-specific developments like network outages or large institutional moves. Crypto prices are genuinely hard to forecast over any short window, and a single week is especially unpredictable. All three targets currently carry very low odds, which means the market collectively sees each specific level as unlikely to be reached. But crypto can move sharply on news or sentiment shifts that nobody sees coming. The one-minute candle rule adds nuance: even a very brief price spike or dip counts, so a target can resolve Yes on a flash move that quickly reverses. That makes the outcome sensitive to events that are, by nature, hard to anticipate.
