James Comey charges dropped by December 31?

Resolution Criteria

Former FBI director James Comey was indicted on April 28 (see: https://edition.cnn.com/2026/04/28/politics/justice-department-indicts-ex-fbi-director-james-comey-again). This market will resolve to "Yes" if all charges against James Comey stemming from this indictment are officially dropped, dismissed, withdrawn, or reduced to a non-felony charge by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the department of Justice, any relevant court, or an official statement from Comey or his legal representatives. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
