Klitschko out as Kyiv mayor by...?

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Vitali Klitschko ceases to be Mayor of Kyiv for any period of time between market creation and the specified date (ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. An announcement of Vitali Klitschko's resignation/removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/removal goes into effect. A transfer or restriction of the mayor's powers, including to the Kyiv City Military Administration, will not qualify unless Vitali Klitschko ceases to hold the office of Mayor of Kyiv. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Vitali Klitschko, the Kyiv City Council, and the government of Ukraine; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
