Solana above ___ on July 24?: how this market works

100%cryptoUpdated 3 min ago

What you need to know

This market is asking whether Solana's price will be above a specific dollar threshold at exactly noon Eastern Time on July 24, 2026. There are three separate price targets here: $20, $30, and $40. A Yes on the $40 version means Solana is trading above $40 at that moment. A No means it is at or below that number. The question is simple: will Solana still be worth at least that much on a specific day and time next year? Settlement is decided by one single data point: the closing price of the SOL/USDT trading pair on Binance during the one-minute candle that starts at noon Eastern Time on July 24, 2026. If that closing price is strictly higher than the target number, the market settles as Yes. If it is equal to or lower, it settles as No. Only Binance's data counts here, not Coinbase, Kraken, or any other exchange. That one minute, on that one platform, is all that matters. No specific recent news was provided for this market. In general, what would matter to watch for includes major regulatory decisions about crypto in the US, broader macroeconomic shifts, changes in Solana's network adoption or usage, and the overall direction of the crypto market as 2026 approaches. Crypto prices over a one-year horizon are genuinely hard to forecast. Solana currently sits well above $20 and $30, which is why those two thresholds are priced at 100% by the market. The $40 threshold is also priced at 100%, reflecting that Solana trades far above that level today. The main honest uncertainty is tail risk: an extreme market crash, a major security event, or a regulatory shock could change the picture. But the market is clearly not treating these targets as close calls.
