Ethereum price on July 24?: how this market works

What you need to know

This market is asking: what price range will Ethereum land in on July 24, 2026, at exactly noon Eastern Time? The three possible outcomes are price brackets: $1,700-1,800, $1,800-1,900, or $1,900-2,000. Only one bracket wins. Right now the market puts the highest chance on the middle bracket, $1,800-1,900, with the next most likely being $1,900-2,000, and a small chance of the lower range. Settlement is simple and very specific: the closing price of Ethereum against the US dollar on Binance, taken from the one-minute price candle that closes at exactly 12:00 noon Eastern Time on July 24, 2026. Only Binance's ETH/USDT pair counts, not other exchanges like Coinbase or Kraken. If the price lands exactly on a boundary, the higher bracket wins. Whichever bracket contains that single price point resolves as Yes; the others resolve as No. The news from July 23 does not mention Ethereum or crypto markets directly. What is visible is rising geopolitical tension involving the US and Iran, oil prices hitting $100 for the first time in months, and weak European markets. These kinds of developments can affect risk appetite globally, which sometimes spills into crypto prices, but there is no specific Ethereum news provided here to point to. Crypto prices are genuinely difficult to predict over any timeframe, and a year out is a long horizon. The price today is already near the middle of these brackets, so a modest move in either direction shifts everything. Macro events like geopolitical flare-ups, interest rate changes, or regulatory news can move Ethereum sharply and quickly. The resolution also depends on one single minute's price on one specific exchange, meaning even short-term volatility on that exact day could matter a lot.
